IAE.58 PUCARA
This twin turboprop assault aircraft flew for the first time on 20 August 1969, and originally known as Delfin. Intended primarily for counter-insurgency work, the type entered service with Argentine Air Force for the first time at June 1978 with 11th Escuadron de Exploration y Ataque. About 100 being delivered and it presented a serious threat to British forces during the Falkland campaign of 1982.
